My morning ritual includes a cup of coffee. I like the whole process of it. I make French Press, and the activity of heating water, measuring the grounds, and waiting 4 minutes for the steep helps me to wake up and start my day. By the time I actually drink it (and I drink it slow), I'm already starting to feel more connected to what I need to do for the day.

The (famous) quote of Antoine de Saint Exupéry entered my mind when I took in this first floor space of the brand new building of the " In Holland" University for higher professional education:
" If you want to build a ship, don't herd people together to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea" .
