Micah Lussier, a participant in the hit Netflix reality show "Love is Blind," has asked critics to refrain from commenting on his looks after receiving negative comments on social media. Lussier, who is a musician and model, shared a series of photos on Instagram and addressed the criticism he has faced about his appearance, saying that he is more than just his looks and asking people to judge him based on his character and personality.
Lussier went on to say that he hopes his experience will encourage people to be more mindful of their words and actions, especially online. He said that the negativity and hate that he and other reality TV stars receive can be damaging and hurtful, and he hopes to see more kindness and empathy on social media.
Lussier was a popular participant on "Love is Blind," which premiered in 2020 and quickly became a cultural phenomenon. The show follows a group of singles who are looking for love and agree to get engaged without ever seeing each other in person. Lussier was paired with fellow participant Diamond Jack, but the couple ultimately did not end up together.
Despite the negativity he has faced, Lussier remains positive and focused on his music career. He recently released a single called "Believe," which he says is about staying true to oneself and not letting others bring you down.

This is so true for many hidden illness. Sometimes, people cannot tell whether you are unwell just by looking at you. In the way we live our lives today, always being readily available, many people are beginning to fall apart because they are using all their strength to hold on. Be kind to people you meet, because you may well be that one person that can make a difference to someone's life. Try to leave people feeling better for having met you 😃❤️

The state of my legs. I have this stupid habit of picking at them, not letting them heal - although since getting sick Thursday with the fever, cough, headaches, and body pain I’ve stopped doing that and used Iodine to dry the wounds, and trying to keep feet moisturizer on the feet too. If my fever is still high tomorrow I’m thinking of going to the hospital.
My right arm is also bad as I’ve picked at where I had IV and needle holes from antibiotics therapy I had last year as well as from when I had blood drawn.
I want to feel better. But so exhausted. Can’t concentrate on anything which is feeding my anxious depression. I wrote my teachers just now. Have one more to reach out to. I’ll email my doctor maybe tonight in case I sleep all day. Mum and I had some horrible yelling matches yesterday cause I am not getting anything done. She was sick too and I think I caught this from her… she says she still got work done when she was sick, which is true, but I can’t lie it feeds my own negativity about myself. I hate when we fight. It breaks my heart.
