February 17, 2020: feeling more positive this morning after my fifth time #meditating since last Thursday night - and it was my first real morning session that I started about 20m before sunrise. I did something new here too, including an audio meditation on my playlist that had me concentrate on an aspect of my life where I’d like positive change and I focussed on a relationship that’s caused me a lot of #stress, one that I value and would love to have become much stronger. It felt good to concentrate on that. It’s definitely a meditation I will do again. Maybe not daily but every few days or weekly. Wanting to live my best life.
Part of my personal photo project of 2020, to get a different selfie shot of me everyday, photo 48/366 not sure if I’ll be coughing today as I’ve found I wake up ok but worsen as the day moves on. My fever has been back, and I’ve been so tired. I just want to feel better!

I believe in magic (good & bad), but I prefer to stay away from it. It was so enthralling that I missed my bus stop, and only realized 3-4 stops later. I got off here, and decided to keep reading in the sun for a while. The truth of today is that I am at an end, and a beginning in my life. I lost so much in the last five years (since becoming disabled by severe neuropathic pain, etc), but I have also grown into someone far more beautiful than I would ever have been without this transformative experience. And now that I have worked through my grief, depression and even re-faced old life traumas, and now (following one of the worst health years of my life) , I have settled into the best routine/health that I have available to me at this time, and I am ready to move on. As J.K. Rowling said, "And so rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I (am rebuilding) my life". So here's to my big dreams, my wishes, my fantasies and dreams - here's to seeing how many of them I can attain regardless of the imitations holding me back. Here's to making a better life, in which I am abundant in the simple pleasures, and no longer need to worry about survival - Here's to new beginnings.
