Question your perception. When you look at yourself in the mirror and cast judgement on yourself, ask yourself, "Is that really what's there or is that what I think I see?" When you're overly critical of yourself, ask yourself, "Is it really that bad or am I looking at it that way?" Self-love is all about looking for the positive and focusing on what's great about you.

People say that it's my two smiles & the way I laugh. Whenever I smile, my upper lip make a wrinkle between nose & lips so it looks like two smiles :)) The way I laugh - I don't know how it sounds, but I often make people laugh just with the sound of my laughing.

The lockdown has made a lot of us step back and realise that hair naturally isn't so bad' or 'I can be at peace with this texture that I've been trying to straighten or control or relax for so long'.
A big part of me hopes that it brings an end to the 'pursuit of perfection' that women have often engaged in. Remember a good haircut will need ZERO heat styling.
