From April 9, 2020: I’ve had a shit week. Today, I drank two Coke’s and two ginger ales, a hot chocolate and two chocolate chip cookies and a snickerdoodle cookie. That’s not to mention a sugary cereal I found in the cupboard, oh and an ice cream bar and some frozen Halloween candy. When I get down, I go for the junk.
It’s been 10 days since my last emotional breakdown. I’m not sure my binge eating counts as a breakdown. I don’t even like the word breakdown. And this #photo is a part of my subverted selfie project of 2020, photo 100/366.

My legs enable me to run 5 miles on a whim.
They enable me to do fortés.
They enable me to do a half primary of yoga.
They enable me to leap into the arms of my loved ones.
They enable me to go on long walks at night with my roomate.
They carry me throughout my day and ask for nothing in return but an occasional stretch.
They are kind to me, and I am thankful for all they let me do.
Call me bottom-heavy, call me whatever the fuck you want.
There is more to me than just a number on a scale, or a size on the tag of my jeans.
My body is one thing I will not apologize for.

Question your perception. When you look at yourself in the mirror and cast judgement on yourself, ask yourself, "Is that really what's there or is that what I think I see?" When you're overly critical of yourself, ask yourself, "Is it really that bad or am I looking at it that way?" Self-love is all about looking for the positive and focusing on what's great about you.

People say that it's my two smiles & the way I laugh. Whenever I smile, my upper lip make a wrinkle between nose & lips so it looks like two smiles :)) The way I laugh - I don't know how it sounds, but I often make people laugh just with the sound of my laughing.
