Haven't taken a selfie in a while so here it is. Most of the time I find this the easiest way to test focus accuracy of new cameras / lenses. This one was with my newest (oldest) camera... a Leica M2 with a Canon 50mm 1.4 LTM lens. I used to own one of these and sold it a few years ago... but I was looking back through some old photos and couldn't believe the quality of the negs. So here I am...the proud new owner. Kodak TMAX 400 film scanned with Epson V500. Developed at home.

NASA's Stratospheric Observatory For Infrared Astronomy (SOFIA) was built into a Boeing 747SP-21, c/n 21441, that was originally delivered to Pan Am in 1977 as N536PA. The aircraft later served United Airlines as N145UA. In NASA service it now carries US civil registration N747NA.
