.....blind women who train to become spiritual mediums in Japan. Itako perform rituals tied to communication with the dead. Training for itako traditionally began at a very young age, and included ritualized exposure to cold water. Hundreds of buckets of ice water could be poured on their bodies over the course of a few days. No wonder they prefer to chat up the dead.

First Runway Challenge - Neo Japan by Jayden Mercury

My first Runway Challenge for MR SL 2022 - and the theme was pretty tough. But i took the challenge and tried my best:

"Neo Japan for me is a fashion event that shows unique different styles mixed with traditional Japanese items. Somehow it inspires me to be more creative in creating my own outfits and styles which I like to play with. I am also a big fan of Dr. Strange, so my outfit was inspired by him but I added my own twist. It was a challenging experience to make a more Asian version of him thanks to the variety Neo-Japan SL offers."
