It is a good idea to get exterior lighting, as it improves the look and feel of your home, but it also ensures safety and security. Call professional and experienced electricians from Town & Country Electric to help you with outdoor light installation at (951) 698-2922.

Enclosed within acrylic/stainless housing. This is a parking lot LED light for Theoeore Roosevelt national park. This park has very harsh weather and needed a light that is low maintenance.

The Holga absolutely loves light. All cameras do of course, but with the Holga only having one shutter speed of 1/100 of a second (and the bulb setting of course) one has to be overly conscious of light.

This photo is a perfect example of a situation where I assumed there was enough light. Mid-day, bright overcast skies, outdoors should be good to go right? Wrong. Thankfully the security light featured in the photo saved me from a completely wasted exposure.

Units 1 and 8 had security lights installed prior to my moving in (August 2004).

These are fixed to the outer corner of each building and are movement triggered by cars and people walking up the driveway.

Power for each light is paid by Units 1 and 8.

I love having the little '52 Kodak Retina with me in a belt pouch as my carry-everywhere "sketch pad" camera.

This is what a street light looks when a beautiful sunrise is just beginning to lighten the sky. Most non-photographers don't realize they come out green (or worse) when photographed. And, of course, you never see one in a photograph that gets published. I would have never taken this photograph if I wasn't trying to demonstrate why a park designed for photographers would be popular.

And that's what I really want you to see -- all the photographs that are never taken because of visual pollution. We can eliminate most of this pollution and minimize the rest.

You can see from this image (although not clear), that prior to 2014, Unit 8 had no security sensors / lights mounted on the front section of the carport.

GCCC campus

I teach a night class on Monday night that goes until 9:30. Often by the time I get through talking with students, answereing questions and such, I am not back in my office until 10 or so... then I have to often check email, organize for the next day, whatever various chores need to be done before I go home... so I often do not leave until much after my class is over... by the time I leave.... I am usually keeping my eyelids open with toothpicks... Tonight I just briefly stopped at the security light to take my SP before I went to my car. I had no idea how they would turn out, but I was so tired, I just went with it... it was all I had..... I was surprised at some of the results... and... as it always seems to go... when I think I "got nothin'"... is when end up having a hard time deciding.... so... mutliple posts on this one.... maybe they will get widdled down as the days go on....

Pete + Al, illuminated forever under the harsh security light at the old Wonder Bread/Mayburn Knitting Mills building. Hoboken, NJ, 05/30/10

On return home at the end of January 2014 after 6 weeks away house sitting, the security lights on Unit 1 have been detached, completely removed and holes plugged up.

No replacement lights have been installed.
