Secure the Bag, Mint the Soaps and Throw the Bones is a site of exchange that aims to recontextualize the intricate histories of the brown paper bag and Hispano cuaba soap while inviting the audience to play a game of dominoes. This is based on the artist’s ongoing examination of these items found in private and domestic settings. Nonetheless, their combined racialized, colonial and social complexity reverberates in the customs and dynamics of collective space within a black diasporic subjectivity and imagination. Sunny September day in Portsmouth UK, visiting the historic dockyard. Walk back in time exploring the HMS Victory and HMS Warrior, 2 magnificant war ships of times passed. Afterwards a long stroll along the boulevard, enjoying a late afternoon sun and watching life pass by on the water.
Here is another room used for coal, yet has no coal hatch and security bars on the vent hatches and doors. As all the coal hatches are now grassed over and blanked off, it was probably used for coal as a more convenient room

This photo of my shoe fulfills requirement 5, taking a photo of a man-made object.
I thought my shoe would make an interesting macro composition with its unique laces. The curvature of the shoe and its laces give the photo a sense of direction. I personally think it'd make a better picture if my shoes were cleaner though.
I used a high ISO and the widest aperture because I was under low light. I couldn't let the shutter speed be too long because since the macro lens has a focal length of 100mm, even a little bit of shake seemed to cause unwanted motion blur in the photo.
During post-processing, I cropped the photo to seem closer and make the composition a bit more dynamic. I also increased the exposure by a lot because the original photo was incredibly dark.
