Section 3 of the national part of Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky. They have a very large area for all soldiers, but particularly Civil War dead. It's a beautiful and sobering sight. These soldiers are resting on top of the hill just up from the main lake. Very peaceful.
Daily Shoot 451 Lines.
Forgive the quality... I took this with a friend's phone since I left my phone in the car at rugby practice and was too lazy to run across the pitch to retrieve it.
Also... my photos haven't been too creative these past couple of days because I have no time. :/

Take a picture of a power plug.
I think the cord looks snake-like wrapped around my loft.

One way to recognize female wolf spiders is to find them carrying their eggs in an egg sacs attached to their spinnerets. When the eggs hatch, they will carry their babies on their abdomen. Female wolf spiders are the only spiders to show this form of parental care.

For Daily Shoot #454
Tell the story of a subject today in a photograph by photographing one specific detail of it.
This is part of my rugby shorts.
#ds453: Sometimes what’s out of focus can make the shot. Create a photograph today where some/all of your subject isn't in focus.
Assignment: Take a creative photo of a power plug.
I couldn't really find any way to get creative with this one. Most power plugs are located in pretty ordinary-looking places, so juxtaposing them with something more interesting was pretty much out of the question. Instead, I just took a picture of the coolest power plug I could find.
This is for Daily Shoot's Single Subject.
I know it doesn't really completely fill up the frame but I like the water flowing past the camera :)
Autumn colours still prevail on this walk with an even more spectacular show to come along the Greensand Ridge heading towards Woodchurch my final destination.....
