Beach Escape is for a small family of 2, 3 or 4 people. Depends on how you want to use the rooms. There are 3 rooms, 2 set up as bedrooms and one small room that can be used as another bedroom or a bathroom. You won't be able to wait to use this home as a beach escape. Beachy, Mountain, Woodland, Riverside, Lake, etc.
→ Fully Mod & Copy. It may say no modify in your inventory but it really is modifiable.
→ This home is 26 (Width) by 28 (Length)
→ Will fit on a parcel of 1296 sqm.
→ Come with a Rezzer due to the doorframes being phantom and the front door having glass. These are not attached to the house.
→ No Shadows in this house. I used personal windlight setting for the images and PS.
