View of the historic Snyder Farm House near the Emmitsburg Road on the Gettysburg battlefield. The two brick buildings in the distance are located on a 2 acre portion of the Gettysburg battlefield that CWPT is currently looking to preserve.
This section of the battlefield is closely associated with Lt. Gen. James Longstreet's "Day Two" assault that culminated at Devil's Den, The Wheatfield, The Peach Orchard, and Little Round Top.
Over the years, CWPT has helped to save 698 acres of the Gettysburg battlefield. We are now working to save an additional 2 acre tract associated with John Bell Hood's attack on July 2, 1863. For more information on this and other Civil War battlefields, please visit our website at:

Serena was so impressive that we started cheering for her opponent Michelle Larcher de Brito instead. Each time Michelle felt to the ground, we clapped and cheered her on, more.
