Moving toward the breakfast room ( lounge for later sleepers) we noticed a few little nooks decorated in 'Old Wine & Liquor Bottle Revival Style'. While Ash was planning out the conversion of her ......ummm....eclectic quarters back home, i got drawn into the visual curiosity of the glass. "Betty told me that they save the more interesting bottles and then decorate them during the slower parts of the year to sell at art fairs and at gift shops in the Holiday Season. She called them the 'Vessels of Profit' and offered to let me take my pick of the ones they are storing in the cellar so I could do this too . Do we have any room in the Yellow Plastic Coffin to take a few with us?" she said skeptically. "How many do they have?" i wondered. "About 9,999 according to Betty. She's planning to retire on the proceeds," Ash replied. "How about taking 10?", she added. "Whoa! You're cutting pretty deep into her Golden Years fund there......how about 3 or 4?" i countered. "Six it is! Sold to the man in the toy car!" she announced like a veteran auctioneer.
Peeking out from beneath the leaf litter.
