The purpose of this application is to laundry owner will register with its laundry location and login with its login credentials so customers can see its laundry for send requests. By using this app laundry owners can maintain all his customer requests of laundry and billing. The owner can also add a customer with its request which comes into the new request bucket.
The laundry owner will decide its laundry rate. He can delete and update its laundry price rate using different categories of clothes. Also, he can see the laundry price list which he added.
For new Request owner can add its selective address as a pickup address, pickup date & time, drop date & time and comment (optional). For pickup address, if the customer having a login and he saved some address they can also see and select by Owner.
As on that request owner will confirm that request or also cancel (cancel time he needs to add cancel comment) and rescheduling request with drop & pickup details can change .after confirm request that will go into pending as owner can collect customer cloths with selective clothes category and submit count of cloths .after adding clothes that cloths request will go into in-progress after cleaning cloths they can deliver customer cloths.
The owner will chat and locate the customer added address during the request process. After delivered cloths to the customer, the owner can see the billing of that particular request and download bill as PDF format.
The owner can see the customer review rating given by the customer in which average rate values he can see. The owner can see Cancel's request.
Billing as per billing owner can see its own billing details for the current month, last month, till now
In which the owner can see the total request, total customer, and total amount also request count as delivered, pending, in-progress and cancel.
