I made the original horse head too thin, so I put it on a background of sculpy III. Sculpy III sucks, and that cracked too.
This morning, I realized I made the halter wrong, the chin strap doesn't go up to the ears, it only should be about half way up.
Oh well, it will be my training level horse. ;)
It can't be seen in the picture, but the hanger is too close to the ears, and it doesn't hang "level".
The chocolate is a bad photograph of a piece of Godiva. The light cutout "eye" is a hole cut in sculpy clay and oven fired, with a light shining through it. Composited in photoshop. The arms and legs and heart are drawn in obviously.
The Forest of Sorrows can be so terribly unforgiving for its denizens, as they wait an eternity for a respite from the sadness. Fortunately for them, the monolithic tree "Solace" serves as a temporary haven where they can take comfort in knowing that they have not been forsaken. You can often hear Fredo, the groundskeeper pick out a tune or two on the massive pipe organ within Solace. He loves Black Sabbath.
"Solace" is my contribution for the "Qee to the City" group show at Art Basel 2010 in Miami. It is a 18" Qee made with magic sculpt, super sculpy, metal, wood, pouring medium, and found objects with a set of self powered speakers built-in.
I've been wanting to try my hand at making Sculpy pins for a long time,...well I finally gotaround to it. Here are a few of my early examples.
This box was made of Sculpy III dark blue pearl clay, The lid also has light pink pear clay as a border and mixed in the top embelishment. The body was formed on a cookie cutter and baked. The bottom and lid were then constructed. (made at the Central Oklahoma Polymer Clay Feb. meeting)
The finished epaulette has an additional row of fringe and a row of looped gold trim at the top of the fringing. The airship pin is constructed of Sculpy and brass findings.
My custom Samwise Gamgee in sculpy clay. I will mold it in rubber soon and cast it in resin. See my website for more details: www.foxtoons.net/blog/index.html
Cake is cake blanks covered in spackle then spray painted white. Roses and leaves are sculpy hand formed. Piping is glitter glue. We didn't sand the spackle since the cake is going to be on stage. The "10 foot rule" applies.

My holster totally broke this morning while getting dressed at the pool.
This is the orginal from 2004. I loved it, Andrew fixed it with sculpy and even initialed it.
Darn, I have a new one sent from Animas, but it is not as good. I just put it in a drawer because it made a lot of noise while running, annoying as hell.
When I run again, I will have to put a buffer in the holster to stop the noise.
And now my puppet is completed. I added some claws made from sculpy baked in the oven and glued on, and I also added his eye balls which are glass beads. Then I gave him a line cloth pants.
This is a key chain with six handmade charms that I designed and made for my friend for her birthday! License plate and Demon's trap sigil from Supernatural, skull and violin from BBC's Sherlock, and a bow tie and vial of glitter with a tiny TARDIS from Doctor Who, all sculpted with sculpy and then painted.

It's a bit bright, but I needed a sparkly lit photo showing the sparkly beads I strung on the craft wire to look like tree decorations or christmas lights.
So, if you can't tell what they are, I just described it to you. ;)
I will be making more of these with the skinny horns. Originally I made them with fat horns to ensure they wouldn't break.
