This piece just came home from the Faculty Exhibition at the Maryland Institute, College of Art. I am teaching a class there this term and received my MFA there in 1986.

Book: Inside Mouse, Outside Mouse

Old image of Assam, taken in California, using a new scribble program. The program used to scribble the image is in demo form from an academic institution.

Old enough now to sing, dance and handle a stylus a little. The built-in scribble chat app thingo is nice, but doncha reckon someone could do a playbox for a two year old?

How do you leave your mark on one of the world's great natural wonders? You can record your name and the date you visited. Perhaps express your love. Or maybe remind everyone that, yes, the Cubs suck.

This was my first digital attempt to paint with light. I'll also upload my awesome Spectra shots someday. I think the focus is messed up here. (How does one focus on something when there is nothing in the frame to focus on, i.e. my body?) It's also tricky because you think your drawing area is so much smaller than it actually is. Ah well, learning and learning and learning...

This is scribble challenge. The rules are simple:

1 - Shut your eyes and scribble on your pad or a friends pad.

2 - Draw anything you like, but it must use the original scribble.

3 - No peeking at each others scribble until everyone has finished.

4 - When everyone is done - sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
