This didn't really work out because I was using two different types of transparencies which made for different burn times. I did manage to test with only the type of transparency I'd be using. I got this from a friend with a wide format printer. Not to sure on what the model is.
Just finished working on the poster for the Charalambides concert on November 27 at The Orange Show. This 13" by 22" poster was a simple three color job but I got some new paper (French Paper’s Speckletone Chocolate) that I wanted to experiment with.
I used three screens with the same image burned into the emulsion. I just taped off the areas that I did not want ink to penetrate. This is the dark red color of the head and two claws.

2017 was the year of the screenprint at the Adobe Studio. We got our little "factory" up and running in July.
sooo end of my senior year i was basically using a lot of public domain images of animals and whatnot (which, unfortunately, is all that anyone does anymore) to sell to friends at school. and actually, on the internet.
Two of four layers printed on my screenprinting project. The first layer was the blue sky background followed by the birds on the wire.
Today in class, I laid down the second and third layer and have just one more to go.
Always a nervous few minutes for me, because if something went wrong it's a long process to do over. Both sides of the screen are wet with coolish-lukewarm water (not hot) and rinsed until the image is "washed out."
You can see a difference in the emulsion between where the transparency was clear and black; the parts that were black will wash away and become the printed image.
