I had arranged to meet artist Paul Gent at Covent Garden in London - looking around for him I noticed this bizarre attempt at back scratching...yes! That's Paul alright!

Sign on storefront in downtown Chicago publicizing a color copying service. The quality of the copies, we hope, exceeds the quality of the sign.
Some flickr folks have just confided that they are sure that the scratches on this sign are arabic script denouncing the whole Western way of photocopying, intellectual property rights, and polysexual promiscuity. I am at a loss as to how to respond. How about them Cleveland Cavaliers? (Is a cavalier attitude still respectable?) I get soo confused, because others have claimed that the arabic script in this sign is actualluy paint scratched by bling-bling blowin' in the Chicago wind. Help me, if you can, I going down for the fourth time. Medicare bowed out in round two.)

... So my marketing boss tells me to take pictures of the whole filming process. And since I am one of the staff AV photographers, I listen to my bosses.
And then the set security guy comes over and starts berating me and telling me I will be fired and lose my job and show me all the pictures I have taken. So I do. And guess what? 95% of them are of the lighting in the room for the shoot. But he makes me delete them all. I really shouldn't have without talking to my bosses, but I just felt like not causing a fuss. But then he told me to stay off the set. And that kind of pissed me off. Because he was a real jerk about it.

She even scratches on ours at home. The one in the picture is from her cattery home (6 weeks)
Not taken by me, but by the wonderful cattery :o)
My co-worker printed out a bunch of PO's & never came by to pick them up off the printer. So I took them to her and she had already re-printed them - she had selected the color printer instead of the copier. So I just cut them up & made scratch paper.
I know, fascinating story
