Scratch Build.
One of my ongoing projects, this one is the second tank i made, and still there´s a lot of work to put on this piece.
When i heve all the models and characters done, i hope to do a stop Motion.

I commissioned this scratch built model from another hobbyist. One of my usual plastic army men is in a couple of the shots - in the pliers - to give a sense of scale.

Not bad for my first attempt! I am pleased with the result, the Photo Polymer Plate will do what I had in mind. I lost some detail, but less then I had expected to. I think I can preserve more with a little less vigorous scrub down. I bought a large enough PPP to do this twice, just in case. So I can afford to do it again and see if I get better results. If not, no biggie. I am happy with these results.

I've been planning this in my head for a month, so I based the construction on observations made in the "real world".
I finally sat down and cobbled this together with styrene materials that I had available and using prototype (14' x 48') dimensions as reference. It's not as spindly as the prototypes appear to be, but this first attempt is acceptable.
The next step is a shot of brown paint, some weathering and custom images....
