The mouth of Dubai Marina, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Ive been to Dubai twice now and i've always been fascinated by this amazing block of skyscrapers at such close proximity to each other. I really love this twisted tower known as the "Cayan Tower"

Whenever construction equipment arrives on a local farm, we all know what will happen next--acres of townhouses, condos and affordable housing, leading to more traffic, overcrowded local schools, and a strain on the infrastructure (sewers, water, utilities etc)
Just some attempts at some C and D listers.
The Ventriloquist: Indiana Jones head, Scarlet Witch torso, Magpie dress, my old Scarface fig.
Spellbinder: An attempted purist approach. CMF Space Miner helmet, Hawkeye head, CMF Mech torso, CMF Skater girl arm, CMF 80s Jazzercise lady legs (or whatever she is).
Funny Face: Found the Nesquik bunny head, figured I'd do something with it. Jesse Eisenberg torso, Indiana Jones legs.
Doctor Phosphorous: Painted this fig a while ago, and I'm not crazy about it. Like, it's all right, but needs work.
Planet Mater: My favorite of these. Painted CMF Retro Space Guy helmet, Eclipsegrafx head, Reissue of a classic space torso, CMF Baseball player hips, Orca legs.
Let me know what you think!
I've just been to Barcelona ( no bragging here, I went for work ). Anyway, there are lots of cool skyscrapers being built and it kind of inspired me to build my own microscale version.
maybe more to come if I can face building a whole neighbourhood

Kingston's landmark neo-classical City Hall was completed in 1844 as a multipurpose building with some space rented out to local businesses. This rusty boot scraper located next to the main entrance serves as a reminder of the city's earlier days when the streets were not yet paved.
Aveling Austin scraper from Ireland seen in rural north Essex.
Registered as a yellow Aveling Barford with no year of make recorded.
