I am back home from Suffolk, and just waiting to be able to go for a walk around the neighbourhood. But thanks to a touch of sciatica yesterday, it needed some stretching this morning before I went out.

I stop puzzling two years ago in order to do something more productive in my retirement. I've spent most of the time learning to read Italian which showed me that my memory is barely working these days.
Another reason I gave up puzzling is that I developed developed Sciatica and I was only able to puzzle by wearing a Gait belt around my waist and sitting on a hard wooden chair.
