On June 14, I made a trip with some railfans in the Zwolle (The Netherlands) area. The railfan that arranged the trip hired this schoolbus to bring the 30 participants to the different photo locations.

Halfway down the trip, near the "Holter berg" ("Mount Holten") the engine of the bus gave some trouble, but after a short inspection the driver was able to fix the problem and our trip continued.

Riding this bus was a whole new experience. It makes riding regular public transport buses a delight. But as a kid you problably don't mind...

Can our American members share some memories on riding these buses to school?
