All the festivals may be colorful. But there isn’t any festival as powerful as RAKSHA BANDHAN. The bond between a SISTER AND BROTHER sometimes tightly women sometimes loosely held but never BROKEN. To celebrate this virtuous bond of love which is one of the deepest and the noblest of all human emotions “RAKHI MAKING ACTIVITY” was organized for the students of class IV to VIII on 7th August 2019. Students made beautiful Rakhis using different materials and also their imagination and creativity. Their artisanship was quite fascinating and children thoroughly enjoyed this activity that tickled their creative side making the best ‘knot of protection’.

LRG University of Applied Sciences is a brand new University that received official federal authorisation in July 2008 from the Swiss government. This new institution has launched a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management using the resources and facilities of the highly-reputed Swiss institutions of Les Roches International School of Hotel Management and Glion Institute of Higher Education. LRG University of Applied Sciences offers a Bachelor of Science with 2 specialisations. The first is in International Hospitality Management and will take place on our Bulle campus in Canton de Fribourg. The second specialisation is in Food, Beverage and Operations Management and will take place on our Bluche campus.

The full-time sports coaches help students maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle during their time on and around campuses. Located just below 1,274 meters above sea-level, the campus sits on the sunny side of the Swiss Alps overlooking the valley of the river Rhone. The canton of Valais, called Wallis by German speakers, is divided into the French and German speaking parts and serves as a major route to Italy through the Gd-st-Bernard mountain pass

Bluche campus is for students who have chosen the specialisation in Food, Beverage and Operation Management. The Bluche campus buildings are harmoniously spread throughout Bluche alongside the restaurants, apartments and family habitations of this quiet mountain town. The campus structure spans across the entire village with close to 20 academic and accommodation buildings as well as to Crans-Montana with further residences.

MEDALS SHOWER at Central Academy Cantt.
1.) Rajasthan State Level Judo (U-17,19) Championship organized by Rajkiya Uchmadhyamik Vidyalaya, Himmatsehar, Nokha- Pankaj Khatana secured the bronze medal in the recently concluded Championship battling the odds against 15 competitors in the category.
2.) 64th Rajasthan State Table-Tennis Singles Championship- Sunidhi Dewan and Kakshya Gehlot squared against each other in the finals, with Sunidhi emerging victorious as she secured the gold medal. Kakshya Gehlot won a well fought for the silver medal. Both the players have been selected for the National team.

Bulle is the location for students who have chosen the specialisation in International Hospitality Management. Once they will have completed and succeeded their non degree preparatory year at Glion , they will join the Bulle campus to start the BSc programme. They will spend a total of 5 semesters on that campus. Bulle campus is equipped with modern accommodation, 3 dining areas, Library, study room and classrooms offering conference style learning experience.

Students following the specialisation in International Hospitality Management will be studying at Bulle Campus. Bulle is located in the Gruyère region of the French speaking part of the canton of Fribourg. It is a peaceful, yet modern, economic centre where a variety of shops, museums, restaurants and clubs are open for amusement and practical resources.
