It’s so bad sometimes that I am literally too afraid to leave from under the covers … so I don’t. I’ll stay under there for days at a time on a regular basis. It’s so bad when all I know that I need to get better is to talk to someone about my problems, but it does become an issue when I am scared to death of people.

I'm totally apolitical but if the worst happens on Thursday then my three favourite animals ( hares, foxes and badgers ) will all be slaughtered legally in the countryside around me. Frankly I'm scared shitless.
