The Dolphin II, a wooden Rodney, has been out of the water for about four years. I spent part of a week scraping, caulking and repainting her.
Re:scape was an exciting mixed media performance created by young performers aged 11-18 from across Manchester. Think experimentation, sharing and invention with digital-media, drama, dance improvisation, MCing, free-style and beatbox presented through interactive, live technologies.
Re:scape was a uniquely creative event giving shape and voice to young people’s dreams and ideas.

An almost complete top view of the scape moth. If these moths aren't moving at a rather frenetic pace, they tent to be tightly closed and don't expose that great, blue body. If looking at one of these in real life, you would assume that the wings are totally black. The flash has exposed some different colouration.
