Kanoni, once the capital and heart of the Corfu island is rich in nature, history and culture but has little to offer in terms of its coastline as its shores are steep, rugged and covered with a thick layer of trees and dense vegetation, almost tropical in character. The name Kanoni (canon) is derived from the canons that were protecting the city at the entrance of the lagoon, once the main port of the island, one still standing as a reminder of its turbulent history.

Process: Shot on Kodak TMAX 400 (TMY-2) with a Fujica GW690 camera. The aperture was f/16 and the shutter was 1/250th.
The film was processed in Kodak D:76 (1:1) and was fixed in Kodak Fixer.
The negative was scanned in with a Canon Canoscan 9000F Mark II at 9600 dpi and then scaled down.

I was thinking of a theme that makes it easy for people to take part in and I think Scapes should suit everyone, as most people are on vacation at this time of year it gives us an opportunity to see you'r wonderful shots and places you have visited also the beautiful scenes from where you live.
It can be Seascapes Landscapes Cityscapes etc
Only dare is that you enter two pictures if possible
WIT: Walk around the neighbourhood.. Changed sky to gradient and a bit of levels.
