The tree in the foreground is very tall and is another one that I always like to photograph ... it may not be "fine art" but it's the closest I could get to our challenge during my walk as I was doing my best to keep ahead of the rain that wasn't too far away!!

This is my first attempt at growing garlic! Thanks to a friend, I was able to plant some toes last fall from some of her heirloom garlic which came all the way from Italy. Scapes should be removed to help the garlic develop, and can be used in your favourite dishes.
