Here is the back of the scalp pulled forward. You can see that they glued the hell out of the rooted side of hair and dome!
In order to get her head apart, I needed to snip a bit of the hairs that were glued so that I could get to the ridge and open her head up. I pried a lot of it up with a small screwdriver wrapped in masking tape so that I wouldn't have to snip too much and risk messing up her rooting. It worked and I got her head apart eventually.
Well, sort of! I need to straighten it and actually finish the doll it's going on. Washed and conditioned it yesterday, the curls were crazy defined. It's brushing and straightening nicely though, but I reckon it may be a bit too long - quick trim perhaps?
