I did manage to source the decal sheet from Model Decal from a local club member. They do not only contain the decals that AZ Model omitted, the tiger heads are also far more detailed.
So, I carefully sanded off the tiger head decals from AZ Model.

All decals have been placed. All in all, the decals are from three different sources: Red lines are from the Azur kit, de red markings and tiger heads are from the Model Decal set and the rest is from the AZ Model kit.

The black areas are a mixture of Mr Hobby H77 Tire Black and H12 Flat Black.

Model has been cleared coated and then the panel lines have been coloured using Tamiya panel liners. Brown for the yellow areas and grey for the black areas. Some touch-ups still needed left and right.
