Picked up an Edlund E80 foodservice scale for $5 at Habitat for Humanity's Restore - now that's cheap! I might buy the taco portioner accessory! Hahaha No seriously, I might buy the ice cream cone portioner accessory!
BTW, Edlund makes the best kitchen tongs!

God Bless America by J. Seward Johnson on the side of the road leading to Grounds for Sculpture based on American Gothic by Grant Wood. I found out about Grounds for Sculpture through the photos of flickr friend Captain Kidder and felt it interesting enough to warrant a visit outside of New York to New Jersey.
