The tiki torch saves us from total darkness beneath the forest canopy.

Eventually we had to cut our losses and call for someone to come pick us up. Because we are both with Vodafail we were very lucky to find this pay phone along the path. Jess' Gold Coast based grandparents were nice enough to come get us and this was where our trip came to an end. 1.5 days into a 3 day hike.
