Jen wasn't entirely sure what this was on a sidewalk in downtown Portland, Oregon, but from google I gather that this is a "shopping sasquatch" that's supposed to be some sort of pedestrian crossing thing. It's weird so right up my alley.

As Neko Case continues playing, the crowd tries to cover their heads with tarp. Hail the size of marbles delayed the Sasquatch! Music Festival Saturday afternoon for more than two hours and canceling several acts.
The title is a little joke that I have with my Mom's boyfriend. When we were out in Arizona last year, we saw this indentation in a hillside and determined that it would be a good place for bigfoot to live, so we called it Bigfoot Nook. Well, this is his vacation spot in Utah.
