Day 67
Sasquatch came out of our neck of the woods the other night. He was extemely friendly and let me light paint him with a laser. Thank you, Mr. Bigfoot!
Meet Sasquatch, my newest critter. Also known as Sassy. She is a Roborovski hamster, which is the smallest of all hamsters, growing to be about 2 inches.
When I was out looking to get two pet rats, I saw this type of hamster in one of the pet stores and thought they were so cute and extra cute due to their small size. I wanted one for Christmas, but as you can tell she came a little early! Yippy! My husband got her for me on Friday.
I wanted to name her something very different……but why Sasquatch?…….well just look at her…she’s so huge and hairy. A big beast! Haha! I had a few other names picked out, but in the end Sasquatch won. Here are some other names that my husband and I came up with.
Anchovy
Hippo (second choice)
Acorn
Monster
Penelope
I love my tiny fur ball!
