Democo a construit une nouvelle maison communale à Hasselt en collaboration avec Kumpen. En 2018, un grand nombre de services communaux et le CPAS ont déménagé sur le site de l’ancienne caserne de gendarmerie de la Guffenslaan. Ce bâtiment classé est restauré pour sa nouvelle affectation. Par ailleurs, une nouvelle construction peu énergivore se dresse derrière la caserne. Cette nouvelle maison communale illustre un mariage réussi entre une architecture moderne et des services conviviaux. Le concept de la nouvelle maison communale anticipe déjà la volonté de la ville de fonctionner de manière totalement neutre pour le climat et ce depuis 2020. Ce nouveau bâtiment répond donc aux exigences les plus strictes en matière d’énergie. Le niveau K s’élève à 19 à peine et le niveau E varie autour de 29. Grâce à ces efforts, les coûts énergétiques du patrimoine urbain ne s’élèvent plus qu’à ±40 % de la facture. Avec des mesures telles que des pompes à chaleur géothermiques, des panneaux solaires, un éclairage LED économique et une toiture verte, la maison communale devient l’un des bâtiments communaux les plus durables et économiques de Flandre.

La ville d’Hasselt exploite elle-même 14 000 m² sur les 17 000 m² que compte ce bâtiment. Elle loue la surface résiduelle (3 000 m²) à des tiers afin d’encourager des synergies. On assiste ainsi à l’émergence d’établissements horeca et de magasins dans les quartiers avoisinants. Democo assure la gestion complète du projet en BIM, associé à une ingénierie système.

The SAQ-12, or "Bobwhite" as it is more commonly known, is a semi-autonomous reconnaisance UAV intended for missions where a constant stream of data traffic between the UAV and its operator could compromise the position of human personnel. It derives its popular name from the rising sequence of tones emitted by the SAQ-12 at the end of its bootup sequence when indicating a clean system health check, which resembles a bird call.

 

Instead of a realtime remote operator, the Bobwhite relies on a milspec 3SA (Symbolic Synthetic Sophont Architecture) processor specifically engineered to parse mission profiles and rules of engagement written in BELGO (Battlespace Encoding Language, Goal-Oriented). These operating parameters can either be uploaded prior to deployment or pushed in-flight, allowing the SAQ-12 to operate with a certain degree of autonomy for up to 20 hours and respond heuristically to scenarios that challenge the defined mission parameters.

 

The arming of autonomous or semi-autonomous drones is prohibited by treaty, so the Bobwhite's typical role is limited to reconnaisance. While there are functions and logic in BELGO relating to target acquisition and ordinance management, those APIs were explicitly left out of the 3SA implementation on the Bobwhite and other similar drones. However, there are rumors that some special forces units have managed to circumvent these limitations by spoofing the 3SA into treating weapons systems as if they were cameras, and rerouting target acquisition through the Bobwhite's IFF subroutines.

como asimilar las cosas malas si aun estàn tan cerca? me da tanta pena pensar qe lo mas se qiere es lo qe mas hace daño. me cuesta tanto dar el paso que se supone me harà estar bien, mas tranqila e incluso mas feliz, pero como puede saber el resto lo que se siente realmente dentro? me gustarìa ser mas fuerte, asi como mi hermana qe soporta mucho mas dolor qe yo, ella no se enferma nunca, en cambio yo, un par de veces durante el año. tambièn me gustarìa pensar menos, estoy segura de qe eso me harìa vivir mas tranqila. qiero tanto volver a mis flores, pero no aparece qien yo qiero, por mientras tengo a volter, la mejor terapia de todas. me siento mal a veces de qerer tanto a un perro, me sentirè tan sola en el fondo? una vez el iguana me dijo qe las personas qe tienen mascotas es por qe tienen porblemas para relacionarse con las personas, y yo creo qe en mi caso le achuntò. me gustarìa tanto ser una persona promedio a veces, sin grandes preocupaciones mas qe comprar y esas cosas qe le interesan a la gente normal, con relaciones superficiales, poco solidarios, a veces ser diferente le trae problemas a uno, pero no importa, eso mas afirma nuestra convicciòn. qiero ser mas fuerte y qe no me duela tanto crecer, pero crecer dando pasos al lado y despuès adelante. parece qe no todas las cosas qe a uno le gustan le hacen bien, es como los saqes, a la gente le gustan pero los hace ponerse piantes al punto de parecer muebles mas qe personas. a mi nunca me ha gustado esa droga, pero parece qe me gusta otra, qe me volviò mas loca de lo qe estaba hace mas de dos años atras.

First flown with the Airbus test registration F-WWDI, this aircraft was delivered to ILFC International Lease Finance Corporation and leased to China Northern Airlines as B-2205 in Apr-99. China Northern was merged into China Eastern Airlines in Dec-02. It was returned to the lessor as EI-FMN in Jan-16 and stored at Woensdrecht (Netherlands). The aircraft was leased to SmartLynx Airlines as YL-LCR in Mar-16. It was sub-leased to SmartLynx Airlines Estonia as ES-SAQ in Mar-17 and placed on summer sub-lease with El Al Israel Airlines between Apr/Nov-17. It was sub-leased to easyJet Europe in Jan-18, based at Berlin-Tegel. The aircraft was returned to SmartLynx Estonia in Oct-18. It was wet-leased to Jet2,com for two weeks in Jun-18 and the to TUI Airlines Belgium on 27-Jun-19 and returned to SmartLynx Estonia in Oct-19 when it was again wet-leased to Jet2,com until Nov-19. The aircraft was stored at Tallinn, Estonia in Mar-20 due to the the COVID-19 Pandemic. It was moved to Kaunas, Lithuania in Aug-20 for futher storage. Stored, updated (Nov-20).
