The beginning of the day at Umina Beach, turned out to be the hottest day so far this summer 40c plus.
Some initial "not so clinical" camera tossing trials with my Samsung-A707 camera-phone. Basically Jana and I just had fun throwing it back and forth to each other in Piazza Dante (Borgo San Lorenzo). Uploaded for the purposes of blogging.

Ein Wolf (circa 60 km/h) schneller als eine Katze
und ein Rothirsch (circa 70 km/h) schneller als ein Wolf.
Kurzfristig
Für die Beschleunigung wird Energie in den sogenannten hellen Muskelfasern bereitgestellt. Diese Muskelfasern reagieren sehr schnell, ermüden aber auch schnell. Beschleunigung ist nur möglich, solange der Energievorrat in den hellen Muskelfasern noch nicht aufgebraucht ist.
