Proof shot taken with the Canon Digital Rebel today, Sunday, Dec 16th.
Taken at f16 and ISO 200. Didn't have any special lighting, kitchen fluorescent light was on. I realized after I had taken the photo and generated the JPG using the Canon Software that I took this photo at ISO200. If I had kept it at ISO100, the photo would have been even better.
Check out the colors of the crayons, the texture of the wash cloth and the newspaper. The high res version can be viewed here.
I wish I had added something with white color to the shot. Oh well, this is the first time I am selling a camera. :-) Also, this shot was converted from RAW using Canon software. Professional software like Adobe Lightroom can improve it even further.

this is a really nice yarn to knit with - just incredibly fiddly after knitting my aran weight scarf! It feels incredible - like those yarns you get with angora in them.
Here's a sample image; notice details are finely captured, and yet edges somehow "glow"...images taken in direct sunlight have this "dreamy" feel to it
This was preparation for the lovely hat I made (and gave my neice) from a pattern in Melody Griffith's easy projects book
