An organic vegetable of Bangladesh. Before the so-called industrial revolution, organic agriculture was the mainstream agriculture; later the culture has been destroyed in this century. The frame base life and organic agriculture are good for human life and health, it needs to restore somehow. Japanese society is trying to adapt, Bangladesh also needs. Unnayan Dhara, a Bangladeshi is promoting devotedly organic agriculture and sustainable development.

The Safe Food Handbook: How to make Smart Choices about Risky Food

Aurora restaurant is located near Yokota American Military Base in Tokyo. They not only serve delicious food but their food is safe from radiation. I hate to say but since the Fukushima Nuclear accident, so many foods are contaminated by the nuclear fallout. It’s very hard to find safe foods. I highly praise the concept of this restaurant. The Aurora restaurant uses a sophisticated machine and checks the radiation level of all the ingredients they use at the restaurant. The children is more susceptible to the radiation especially girls. Internal radiation exposure damages DNA. It is very important to eat safe foods as much as possible to prevent internal exposure to radiation. I highly praise the courage and concept of this restaurant. My friend had Chicken Dish and I had Vegetable Kheema Curry. They were yummy and also radiation free. :)

Local politicians Stop the Spread!

Northern Ireland’s MLAs have tackled a real heavyweight issue – by shedding almost 8 stones during an 8-week diet and fitness programme organised by safefood. The drive to trim up is part of safefood’s two-year, all-island awareness campaign called Stop the Spread, which urges people to measure their waist to see if they are overweight. At present, almost 60% of adults in Northern Ireland are carrying excess weight.

Pictured weighing in at Stormont are MLAs John McCallister, Michelle Gildernew, Jim Wells and Judith Cochrane.
