Hoshizuna Beach, located on the northern tip of Iriomote Island. The name translates to "star-sand beach" because the sand grains are actually star-shaped shells of some tiny sea creatures (forams). Iriomote Island is the largest of the Yaeyama Islands in the southwest of Okinawa Prefecture, Japan.

Haimida Beach on the south coast of Iriomote Island (the largest of the Yaeyama Islands in the southwest of Okinawa Prefecture, Japan). The upper part of the beach is covered with flowering beach morning glory, a salt-tolerant plant whose seeds are dispersed by the ocean water.

The tomato clownfish (Amphiprion frenatus) is a anemonefish or clownfish, that is found in the waters of the Western Pacific and the South China Sea, from Japan to Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

It is also known as the bridled clownfish, red clownfish, tomato anemonefish and red tomato clown.

The fish is bright orange-red, with a white head bar or vertical stripe just behind the eyes, joined over the head and with a black outline. Females reach a maximum length of 14 cm and are mainly blackish on the sides. Males are considerably smaller and are red overall.

There is a unique closeness between clownfish and their host anemone. The anemone provides a safe haven for the clownfish and in return the clownfish will defend its host by driving off potential predators of the anemone. this is a symbiotic relationship.

They are all born as males and if the female leaves or dies, the largest male would then become the female, and the largest juvenile become to a mature male.

Alle anemoonvisjes worden geboren als man. Alleen de grootste verandert in vrouw. Is het vrouwtje weg of dood dan wordt het dan grootste mannetje vrouw;

This woman hated me almost as much this guy hated Chris. I took this picture, mis-focused, and then this old bitch chased me around the pachinko parlor until I got kicked out. She was cursing at me and trying to ruin all of my pictures. She looked like a female Kim Jong Il.

It's such a shame that I jacked my Provia 400X roll from this shoot up because it would have been amazing. This shot is from the film I loaded after I killed the Provia 400X.
