OLYMPUS EM-5Mark II

I took this small detail of a new plant we bought in the summer for the terrace. It's a very large succulent, the likes of which I've never seen before. it's about 3' high (1 metre). I tried to find out using my Seek app without success but I was more successful with Google Lens. Two possibilities came up - Echeveria giant ruffles or Echeveria crimson tide. As you can see from the title, I mixed up both of the names as either could be relevant 😊

This scrub jay is another capture from the cold day where the birds would just let me approach and stay where they were. It was windy and cold, which helped them make the decision to wait me out!
