ALTHEA AYON: "Well, that explains our ... um ... "fashion forward" dresses ... I know she is trying to keep up with the latest trends and all ...
But was she SUPPOSED to burn our dresses WHILE we are wearing them ???!!"

*You TOO, can afford the latest "burnt couture" fashions! Find your materials at the local grocery ... here, we used "Sparkle" paper towels... ;) ;)
Disclaimer: No Blythe Fifth Avenue models were harmed during this photo shoot ... although the burnt edges on the Sparkle Couture are real ... the soot is all ... well, smoke and mirrors ;)

Original knitting pattern ~ Sophie is a modern slouchy hat with a hemmed edge, designed to fit dolls with a head circumference of approx. 12 1/4", like the 18" American Girl doll. Knit in sport weight yarn. The ridged stitch pattern gives it a textured slinky-like look that emphasizes the casual fit. Worked in the round with minimal finishing required.
