I have a confession to make. I hardly know anything about photography. I have some contacts whose pictures used to thrill and delight me. The thrill and delight is still there, but lately I find myself groaning, because their work is so magnificent, that mine pales in comparison, and I don't know the secrets of good pictures that they know. Sooooo, I'm going to take about a week off from Flickr and study. There's a book I bought about 30 years ago, just gathering dust on my bookshelf that I plan to read, and I think I'll take a free online course in photography, and I may even read (finally!!!) the book that came with my camera oh-so-many years ago. Hopefully, all this study will improve my pictures. Stay tuned for further developments...
