Central Railroad of New Jersey RS-12 1208 at Jersey City, New Jersey on an unknown day in September 1964, Kodachrome by unknown photographer, Chuck Zeiler collection. Number 1208 was built in January 1953 ( c/n 75448 ) and equipped with a steam generator. Essentially an S-12 on a AS-16 frame, the CNJ had four RS-12's ( #'s 1206-1209 ) assigned to light passenger duties out of Jersey City, but that was short-lived. Later assigned to freight service around Elizabethport, all were retired by January 1973.

RS 20 is passing Barrington station as part of Exporail's diesel weekend parade.
