Lumina Homes' Anna Model is a 24 square meter home on a regular 36 square meter lot. Its features include a living area, dining & kitchen, 1 bedroom provision, 1 toilet & bath, and service area.

Same design as my orange house, except using the light green bricks for the facade.

These rowhouses were built in association with the former North Woodward Congregational Church. Unfortunately, I have been unable to determine their architect. The units were built in 1904 and are part of a City of Detroit Historic District. By the late 1990s, they had deteriorated considerably. When I took this photo, renovations had just begun. Today the rowhouses are a well-tended corner at Woodward and Gladstone.

Seen near Grange Park.
