Tigger's routine every night is to jump on the bed with me and make sure I pet her for a half hour, then jump back off and go downstairs where she can enjoy the heater.

A child is weighed during a routine immunization session organized by UNICEF partner IMA World Heath (Interchurh Medical Association) at the Saints Martyrs health center in Kananga, Kasai Central province, Democratic Republic of Congo, on October 14, 2021. Sleep is a hot topic right now. Now that we’re up to speed on the CDC’s finding (spoiler alert: we’re not getting enough zzz’s), it’s time to talk about how we go about getting better sleep. Something that has helped me is simply having a routine. I have a...

My husband and I just went to Vegas for a few days. We had the most relaxing time. We're really like a couple of old farts..we don't drink or gamble! We love to swim in the hotel pool and just hang out and of course go out for dinner. I came out after getting ready and there he was..standing, munching on some peanuts and looking at the general splendor of Las Vegas. Waiting. Patiently. Because he's always ready first. He's been doing this for 29 years. I love him so.
