A rose quartz briolette hangs on a handwired chain of rose quartz, aquamarine crackle rounds and black blister pearls, finished with a handcrafted silver S clasp, oxidised and hand-polished.
Here's a photo of my favourite crystal, a rose quartz. It is difficult to take a photo of but wanted to show it off. Rose quartz is for your heart chakra and also for universal love. When I first saw this crystal I had just taken my first Reiki level and I started to feel the power of crystals in my hands, this was in a shop in a display cabinet and I could feel the power of the crystal through the glass. It sounds weird but knew that was the crystal for me but at £13 I couldn't afford it due to the first time I had been on short time. The next week I went in it had been reduced to £8 so I knew I had to buy it.
I use this crystal when I meditate (or try to) and when I first bought it it was a solid pink colour now if you look at the top of it, coming down the right side from the point you can see lines, they say that the more you use a crystal it heals it's self and will one day become clear. This is deffinatly happening with this one. I will try to get a better photo of it one day as this photo doesn't look as good as the crystal is!

Progressing onto more intricate things. I thoroughly enjoyed making the following pieces :D I'm hoping they put a smile on certain peoples faces!
The main drop stone is a Rock crystal measuring 22 x 30mm. The little accent chain hung from the same ring suspends a smaller Rock Crystal Briolette, a Rose Quartz Rondelle and a fresh water pearl.
Further up the chain there is a bustling group of Fresh water pearls and Rose Quartz rondelles. The silver chain is then split in several places along the way to the clasp with, once again, fresh water pearls and rose quartz rondelles.
The earrings and bracelet use the same stones, with the hope that they compliment the necklace nicely.

I have a customer who wants to add to the rose quartz ring she already has. These are possible color combinations I sent her. I have another grouping like this on my page but didn't want to clutter up the photostream with all of them! I did question later on why I was doing so much work on this....I guess it's my need to help and please people! :-P It's a sickness..
