A) you have 2 million dollars as this, believe it or not, is what this abandoned dilapidated former hotel sold for 2 weeks ago
B) you're homeless and just go in through the window and make yourself at home ( which happens daily )
C) we'll have City Council make up some conditions as we go along
An over sized sign positioned at near street level offering everything from a cheap place to sleep to low brow family entertainment.

Mark Twain never lived 'round these parts, but his parents spent some time here in Jamestown. John Clemens was the town postmaster for a while, as well as a lawyer. Mark Twain Inn is across from the county Courthouse. Twain did talk about Jamestown in his writings, calling it Obedtown, after the nearby Obed River.
