This shot is taken when im on the roofdeck of a ferryboat.. From the island of Philippines. Surigao island going to Liloan..
We (that being Tim and I) took turns at cooking. Here is one of the desserts I was responsible for (buying). Raspberries and a brandy-soaked-mincemeat shortbread from the Chatsworth Farm shop.
On our arrival, I raced around to check out the house whereas Ben walked around the circumference of the house. Just to make sure everything was OK.

To cap our Sinulog Saturday, we proceeded to the SM Mall, had dinner with old flickr friends Maning and Tet and at 8PM, we all went up to the SM roof deck to watch the 1st Sinulog Pyrotechnics Competition.
As pyrotechnics go, I’ve seen more impressive fireworks but then, I really wasn’t expecting anything grand, what with the current economic crunch...

This Painted Lady made a little break on our roof deck today.
This third floor open air patio overlooks the Strip and gives events the best of both worlds: semi-private dining and connection to the one of a kind atmosphere of the Las Vegas Strip. The area has two uniquely different full service bars so guests can enjoy their favorite concoctions, frozen or on the rocks.
Last night's sunset over Boston. It was overcast all day, until about 6:45pm, and then...this. :-)
My brother took this shot w/ my camera, of the flyover happening during the Pops concert. I barely edited this, just a screen layer to lighten up the buildings a little, that's it.
Standing on the other side of the roof deck of the National Gallery of Singapore, we can see the dome of the former Supreme Court and the skyscrapers of the Central Business District.

After starting the evening on the hotel roofdeck with a drink, I proceeded to a rooftop bar immediately across from the cathedral. It took a bit of finding; the hotel entrance was not obvious. But the joint was jumpin', as the old song goes, and I was squeezed into a spot at a balcony bar directly overlooking the cathedral.
And these I took back at the hotel before bed.
