I tend to work up close with the 32mm focal length on the SQ6, but the view from our balcony down into the garden area felt perfect this wide to show the deck, the garden and the back yard. Green is amazing on Instax, and Oregon has a lot of that.

I’m posting this week from a new semi-abstract series I’m working on. It’s a study of what the newly discovered yet still to be photographed planets beyond our solar system might look like as imagined through the cloud-scape here on earth. It’s called The New Worlds.

Apparently this image made #309 in Explore today? (4.18.17 around 8:00am) Or last night? Not really sure how that all works. Shame it wasn't an actual scan of this image instead...
Big Huge Labs says best position was 278. Today it's holding at 371. Now 358. (4.19.17) My first Explore in years. BHL doesn't even list my past ones.

Shooting these for 'Roidweek Spring 2021 and decided to try to shoot a few themes. The second theme is "Ark of Clarke Harvest". These are radishes from our first garden in Oregon
Also shooting exclusively with the Fuji Instax SQ6 instead of my usual SX-70 and Polaroid film.
The Eastman Theatre in Rochester, NY, opened on September 2, 1922, as a gift from George Eastman and is the primary performance space for the Eastman School of Music. Originally a 3,352-seat theater, it was renovated in 2009 to become a 2,260-seat concert hall with state-of-the-art acoustics, and its name was changed to Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre. Over its history, the theatre has hosted many famous musicians, served as the home for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, and been used for various civic and community events.
