Some time ago I has a motion passed at the Borough Council asking that a Sign be erected to advise HGV's that there was low Bridge on Strandhill road. Many trucks drivers have found their reiving skills put to the test trying to reverse back Strandhill road when they come to the railway Bridge.
The Sign was erected by the NRA pointed the opposite direction, dispite bring this to their attention asking them to explain it.. It is still in place and no further sign has been erected to advise about the low bridge for right turning HGV's ... I find this a very interesting sign.
