This Turkey cake is Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free, Soy-Free (Our Family thanksgiving get-togethers wouldn't be as fun with out allergies!)

The roasted veggies are all fondant and the stuffing is cake that I diced up and baked with apples, raisins and cinnamon.

So realistic that the vegetarians couldn't watch us cut the cake!
